Dr. Berthold Rist studied law at the University of Mainz. After a clerkship in the district of Koblenz Higher Regional Court, he was employed as a research assistant at the Institute for Public Law. He earned his doctorate with a thesis on the airport right with Prof. Dr. Rupp.
He is admitted to practice law since 1977. In 1982 he became partner of the firm.
Dr. Berthold Rist was appointed as a notary in 1991. In 2005, he acquired the qualification "lawyer specializing in inheritance law."
He has special skills in: succession, real estate and corporate law. Another focus he has placed is in medical law. Here he represents injured to doctors and insurance companies.
Dr. Berthold Rist is a lecturer at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. The German Bar Association has awarded him the badge of the German legal profession for his years of professional training in political activity.
